About the Summit

The Scalable Coach Summit is a free, on-demand, audio event running throughout September 2026. Each talk is approximately 15 minutes long, making it easy for busy coaches and entrepreneurs to fit into their day.

This is not a live event. All talks are pre-recorded and released on a schedule throughout the month. Attendees can listen at their own pace. A gamified leaderboard rewards attendees who engage with the most talks.

The summit is hosted by Jay Fairbrother, The Mastermind Guy, and produced by Michael Whitehouse, The Guy Who Knows a Guy, through Concardia LLC.

Speaker Requirements

Speakers agree to promote the summit to their audience and generate a minimum of 10 opt-in registrations through their unique referral link.

Speakers who generate 20 registrations receive a bonus gift from the host. Speakers who generate 40 registrations receive a second-tier bonus.

All audio content must be submitted by August 25, 2026. Talks should be approximately 15 minutes and should end with a single clear call to action for attendees.

Speaker Agreement

By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Speaker grants to Michael Whitehouse and Concardia LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted audio content for the purposes of the Scalable Coach Summit and related promotional activities.
2. Speaker agrees to promote the Scalable Coach Summit to their audience and generate a minimum of 10 opt-in registrations through their unique referral link by August 31, 2026.
3. Speaker represents and warrants that the content submitted is original, does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, and does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.
4. Speaker understands that participation as a speaker does not constitute an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Michael Whitehouse or Concardia LLC.
5. Speaker acknowledges that Michael Whitehouse and Concardia LLC reserve the right to edit submitted content for length, quality, or appropriateness, or to decline any submission that does not meet the standards of the event.
6. Speaker agrees that their contact information may be shared with co-speakers and summit staff for coordination purposes, and that they will receive communications related to the summit.
7. Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Whitehouse and Concardia LLC from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Speaker expressly releases Michael Whitehouse and Concardia LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
8. This release shall be governed in accordance with the State of Connecticut law, constitute the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing.
